Safety helmets that meet ASTM/STI safety standards and boots or shoes with heels are highly recommended.Safety helmets are required for children under 18 years of age.
All guests must check in at the beginning of each ride to sign necessary registration document.Please be aware that if you do not sign the disclaimer document, you will be trespassing.
For safety reasons, all riders must check-in and pick-up their saddle tags at the beginning of each ride.Please leave your tags in the return box or at check-in at the unloading area when your ride is concluded.
Riding trails open at dawn and close at sundown.
Riders agree to ride only on designated riding trails.
Speed limit on entire property is 25 MPH.
For safety reasons stallions are prohibited.
Please always display your saddle tag.We want to assure everyone riding on the property has been made aware of all safety requirements.
Please! No alcoholic beverages or smoking on the trails.
Please remember the “Golden Rule” and respect all other riders
Remember to stay back 25 feet from all hazard markers.These are known hazards but not the only hazards.Always ride with caution.
For safety reasons no animals except horses are allowed on the trails.
Stay back 25 feet from the banks of the James River.
Double and bareback riding is not permitted.
Anyone riding a horse other than his or her own must provide proof of personal liability insurance.
If we have received more than 1 inch of rain in the previous 24 hours, some trails will be closed for an additional 24 hours.
When cleaning your trailer, please use the containers provided.
It is imperative that you display the riding club decal on your rear view mirror or another eye-catching place on your vehicle when entering the property.
